The delivery time depends on the cut-off time in the Dominican Republic and the destination. Here’s how it works:

Same day delivery

Santo Domingo / Distrito Nacional

• Monday to Saturday if the money is sent before 3:30 pm DR time.
• Sunday if the money is sent before 10:00 am DR time.

Other cities

• Monday to Saturday if the money is sent before 2:00 pm DR time.
• Sunday if the money is sent before 9:00 am DR time.

Next day delivery

All transactions received after cut-off time.

We will refund the money in the following cases:
