Planning to pick up in cash? Follow these steps to set up your cash pickup ahead of time and make your visit to an agent location a breeze!

  1. Download the Western Union® app.
  2. Select “Pickup cash” in the menu.
  3. Enter your tracking number (MTCN) from your sender.
  4. Pick up cash at the nearest Western Union agent location.
